Description
Bullseye Blues was formed in 1991 through a business partnership between Rounder Records and musician/producer Ron Levy. The label’s musical focus was the blues, something that Rounder had only dabbled in. The label ceased operations in the late 90s, yet with no less than 80 record releases to its name, Bullseye had a significant influence on the musical landscape of the day. Notable artists: Wilson Picket, Charles Brown, Jimmy King, Eddie “The Chief” Clearwater, Willie Cobbs, and more.
